Beta Notice: SMAQd is currently in beta. The platform is provided for testing purposes and may have limited availability, bugs, or data resets. By using SMAQd during beta, you acknowledge these limitations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SMAQd, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use SMAQd
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate information during registration
One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the platform
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect user data
Use SMAQd for spam, phishing, or other illegal activities

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on SMAQd. By posting content, you grant SMAQd a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform as part of the service.

5. Content Moderation

SMAQd reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, and to suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate community guidelines. Users can report content through the in-app reporting mechanism.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. SMAQd may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SMAQd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SMAQd after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
